The easiest way to book in is via our online bookings system. If you are unable to use the online bookings or can’t find a time that suits you, please call our clinic on 0468 053 550.
If you have third party funding (DVA, WorkCover, NDIS plan-managed) please call us for an appointment, online bookings not available.

No, you don’t need a referral to book in to see our physiotherapist.

Yes! If you have physiotherapy on your ‘extras’ private health insurance, we will be able to process your rebate on the spot with our HICAPS machine for your convenience. The item number will be 593 for all pelvic health physiotherapy appointments if you’d like to check your coverage.

Yes! Please bring your plan to your appointment. Please note: this will provide you with a rebate on your appointments, but there will still be a gap fee to pay.

Yes! There have been recent changes to GP chronic condition management plans that mean if you have a care plan dated from July 2025 onwards, we can accept it at our clinic regardless of which physio clinic is listed on there.

Yes - we can bill DVA for pelvic health physiotherapy services if you have gold card or a white card (if you’re seeing us for a ‘condition listed’ on your white card) for a maximum of 6 sessions per year. Please make sure you have a GP referral and check that your DVA card covers you for pelvic health physiotherapy. Please contact us via phone to book if you have DVA funding.
Note: DVA billing is available for Monday to Friday appointments only.

Yes. We accept WorkCover Queensland patients and can bill WorkCover directly.
Please note that WorkCover fees do not fully cover our appointment costs, so a gap payment applies:
Initial appointment: $68 gap
Follow-up appointment: $31 gap
This gap is payable on the day of your appointment. We recommend confirming with your case manager that physiotherapy has been approved prior to attending. Please contact us via phone to book if you are under WorkCover.
Note: WorkCover billing is available for Monday to Friday appointments only.

Yes, we are able to accept both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS funding. If you have plan-managed NDIS funding, please contact us via phone or email to book (do not book online). Patients with self-managed NDIS funding are welcome to book via the online bookings link at the top of the page or contact us.
Note: NDIS ‘plan managed’ billing is available for Monday to Friday appointments only.

Anything you’re comfortable in! Sometimes it can be helpful to wear clothes that you can exercise / move easily in so we can go through some exercise.

Yes, your physiotherapist will still be able to provide all necessary assessment and treatment when you are on your period. If it is your preference not to have an internal examination on your period, let your physiotherapist know and they can provide alternative assessment / treatment strategies.

We’re located inside the Total Fusion Lions gym. When you arrive for your appointment head to the front reception desk and they’ll let you know where to go.

Yes! We have some early morning, late afternoon and Saturday appointments to help fit physiotherapy in around your busy life. Please note: all Saturday appointments incur a 10% surcharge.

If you are a current Total Fusion Lions member, yes you can utilise the gym crèche to attend your physiotherapy appointments.

A 1 hour initial appointment is $245 (before any rebates that may be applicable).
A 30 minute follow-up appointment is $135.
A 45 minute follow-up appointment (for more complex conditions) is $185.
Saturday appointments incur a 10% surcharge.
